• Receiving honest, accurate and up to date information about the education provider, the course, the fees, the accommodation, and your well-being and safety from the education provider or its representative before your enrolment

• Receiving written information about the education provider’s course and services, the fees that you should pay for these services and the refund policy of the education provider 

• Receiving an answer for all your inquiry and concerns.
